You come with:
BA in Psychology/Sociology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field;
Pedagogy or trainer certification is an asset;
At least 1-year experience as trainer/OD consultant/HRBP or senior recruiter with proven contribution/exposure to multiple HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc);
Basic knowledge of employment legislation applicable in the country where services are rendered;
Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework.
Your day in Conectys:
Is accountable for maintaining the equipment in good condition;
In the relations with clients and colleagues, the employee will have a civilized behavior, avoid unprivileged and contradictory discussions, thus contributing to the prestige of the company;
