Proficiency on C1 level in English written and spoken + Proficiency on B2 level in other language written and spoken;
Very Good Knowledge on Quality Standards: experience in quality, preferably in BPO environment;
Experience in Training, preferably in BPO environment;
Leadership skills: excellent oral and written communication skills;
Adaptable to customer needs: oriented to solve customer requests; courteous attitude towards the customers and efficiently solving their issues;
Ability to quickly learn, focus, have flexible thinking and emphatic behavior.
Your day in Conectys:
You will manage groups of Quality Assurance Associates and Product Trainers for Specific accounts;
You will have to meet all required deliverable for the project, enhance and optimize the QAT processes;
You will provide added value service to the client and other stakeholders that make an impact on the client’s business;
You will provide Coaching and development to your team members;
You will collaborate with other stakeholders for project improvement initiatives;
You will serve as a bridge between the QAT team and upper management.
