brand manager home care ( maternity leave replacement)

Reporting directly to the Iberian Marketing Director, you will have the opportunity to join a fast growing Company in the FMCG sector operating in Iberian, as a Brand Manager for Home Care brands.

As Brand Manager Home Care, you´ll responsible for initiatives that should accelerate the growth of our business such as:
» Lead brand’s strategies and plans, namely innovation, advertising and 5Ps; Brands under scope are a mix of local, Iberia and Spanish brands.
» Lead category roadmap, strategies and plans
» Conceive innovation plan and respective development (Concept, Formula, Packaging and image; financials pre-evaluation)
» Identify gaps and opportunities both at Brand and Category market and financial
» Lead promo, advertising, instore and PR strategies, while supervising execution
» Promotional plan strategy development and ensure respective execution
» Consumer Affairs support
» Social Media & brand’s digital strategy definition
» Identifying key market and competion trends, translating into business plans
» Effectively analysis complex situations and transform into action plans
» Priority setting and team coordination
» Working closely with other departments, namely Customer development team and Customer Service&Logistic

In order to be successful you have:
» Have a Degree in Management, Economic or Marketing
» At least 4 – 5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management, of which minimum 1-2y experience in DPH
» English & Spanish : advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
» Personal Care/Beauty brand management knowledge
» Demonstrate business and cross-functional knowledge (commercial, CS&L & financial understanding)
» Strong know how in 5Ps management
» Capability to define brand advertising strategies and plans
» Financial dominance on P&L preparation
» Understanding CS&L flows
» Negotiation experience to deal with different suppliers’ profile (media, promotion, packaging)
» High computer skills and proficient knowledge use of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint);
» High analytical skills and mental agility;
» Ability to work autonomously and as a team;
» Committed person, dynamic, organized, flexible, proactive and multitasking;
» Open attitude, enthusiastic and with high motivation;
