About the job role:

As a Programmatic & Display Senior Consultant, you will master the programmatic tech landscape, operating various DSPs. You will monitor the campaign results and develop optimizations proposals for our clients and ensure that the targets are met.

As a Programmatic & Display Senior Consultant, you will:

• Do programmatic media campaign design and execution, including building campaigns, trafficking creative assets, monitoring campaign pacing, implementing tracking pixels.
• Monitor and proceed with constant campaigns optimization and proactively deal with suggestions and recommendations for our client’s campaigns.
• Work with the Programmatic Manager and media planners to develop programmatic media recommendations.
• Provide campaign insights and optimizations; you should thoroughly understand platform reporting tools.
• Develop timelines for campaign launches, media recommendations, and other projects.
• Facilitate new and existing media vendor relationships.
• Manage buying platform spend and budgets.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues.
• Facilitate account creation in the DSP (DV360, TheTradeDesk, AdForm, Adobe)
• Optimize campaigns on relevant KPIs such as (Unique) Reach, Viewability, CPV, VTR, CTR.

We are looking for

• Proficiency in English (C2)
• Minimum 1-year hands-on buying experience with a demand-side platform (DSP)
• Minimum 1-year of experience in digital media
• Experience with DV360, TheTradeDesk, AdForm, Adobe
• Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients
• Enjoy working on a data-driven, collaborative, and results-focused team
• Excellent presentation skills combined with a creative mindset – you know how to present your ideas and create high-quality support documents (Google Sheet, PPT).
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
