We are looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to lead our growth efforts. This is a new role for our team so we are looking for someone who is excited about the prospect of building this marketing function from the ground up. In this role, you will own our messaging, lead/demand generation, conversion rates, execution of successful organic and paid digital marketing programs and experiments and creating new opportunities for our sales team.

## What you will do

– Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business targets
– Act as a liason between product and GTM functions to define the strategy and create the assets that explain the product and its benefits to customers and potential customers
– Speak with our prospective customers and partners to determine the problem that ubbu is solving for each persona, and use that info to continually refine our messaging
– Adopt an experimental mindset to implement testing and optimization strategies to increase conversion across all digital channels
– Build from scratch, launch, track, and optimize programs / campaigns across multiple digital channels with the end goal of filling “the top of the funnel”
– Establish a strong, long-term web presence and drive organic traffic to the website
– Lead organic and paid digital efforts across all channels and manage the ad budget
– Implement digital campaigns with distribution partners
– Collaborate with the content and illustration team on the creation of campaign assets and landing pages
– Plan and run demand generation campaigns aligned with sales activities
– Create sales enablement and partner marketing materials and support the sales outbound efforts as requests come up
– Measure and analyze campaign and marketing results and deliver performance reports
– Monitor the competition’s web presence and marketing initiatives

## About you

– You have a BS degree in Marketing, New media or just some cool relevant background
– You have at least 5 years experience as a Growth / Digital Marketeer in a SaaS startup
– You have a proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that generate high growth
– You have a proven track record of product marketing and sales enablement, demand generation, or both
– You have an exceptional understanding of conversion strategies
– You are able to think of copywriting for creative content
– You know your way around web design (to create landing pages) and the social marketing/media landscape
– You have an analytical mind-set and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
– You have a high energy, team-first, positive attitude
– You can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
– You have fluent in English

## **Bonus points**

– Experience in a fast growing startup
– Experience in the Education industry
– Experience editing and creating text, image, and video assets using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Premiere Pro
– Experience creating landing pages using tools like Webflow
– Experience with Stripe, Intercom and salesforce
– Hablas Espanol
