We look for an experienced UX Designer/ Product Designer who is focused on the user and is dedicated to provide engaging and useful experiences that will meet our user’s needs and consequently, contribute to the success of our products.

What you can expect – key roles:
Develop UX research and design activities, partnering with the Product Team;
Develop well-crafted research plans, interviews, surveys, etc. with clear objectives;
Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching and user-testing experiences for digital products;
Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to create personas and design user stories, storyboards and user journeys;
Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups and clickable prototypes optimized for a variety of devices and interfaces;
Define requirements for A/B and multivariate testing of designed features;
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs;
Execute user testing, ensuring the product meets the user needs and the business requirements;
Conduct UX audits of existing products to reveal gaps in UX.
Key experience we need from the right candidate (essential requirements):
Minimum 2 years of UX research experience;
Deep understanding of UX practices and methodologies, including user-centered research and design;
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma or Invision;
Understanding of methodologies such as Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design;
Ability to apply a high-fidelity wireframe/prototype approach to create a user flow from scratch;
Exceptional attention to detail and research skills;
Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration;
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the users needs;
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to everyone involved;
Familiarity with agile software development methodology and have experience working collaboratively with developers and product teams.
