Julien and Kelly Dassault created 27 Lisboa, a retail shop company, in 2017.
27 Lisboa was the first project set up under Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault with a simple idea: share a selection of beautiful objects, well made, and easy to live with, that we have found around the world.
#WellMade
It means the product and its manufacturer follow specific rules we deemed unilaterally required. We look at the materials used, the social and environmental policies in place, and the brand’s overall ethics. We aim at a selection of objects that are sustainable for the Planet and the People.
But wait here, NO! We are not (yet ?) specifically hardcore vegans or organic experts. The project is meant to offer alternatives to everyday products and decorations that do not always respect Mother Nature.

We want to offer objects you will use often. So, they have to be convenient to use, to wash, to display… I think you have the idea.

This is how this all adventure has started. We noticed that it was not that easy to know what was available when you wanted a specific new something, or to get a product you saw on social media, or at a friend’s home from a distant place… So when we buy something for our family or our offices and we liked it, you will find it at 27 Lisboa.

Job Description
Already positioned with a retail shop in the heart of the Portuguese capital, 27 Lisboa continues to grow its business by developing a brand new e-commerce platform dedicated to online sales.
We are looking for a Shop Manager with proven experience to support our Lisbon shop and to be a genuine brand ambassador.
Your mission?
You are responsible for the brand image and customer experience in our shop. To achieve this assignment, you will make the connection with the sales and packing team at the shop and the procurement and marketing teams in the office. You will be responsible for:
* Stock management:
* Sales and packing teams management: you will overview receipts of goods, control and manage inventory, etc.
* In relation with the Procurement Team, ensure the correct level of stock and its quality.
* Sales:
* Development of point of sale turnover according to the objectives set by the management team ;
* Advice customers (presentation and argumentation of the 27’s selection) ;
* Highlighting of products in the store and the showcase, vectors of our DNA, while following the merchandising strategy defined by the marketing department ;
* Sharing KPI analysis with the marketing project manager ;
* Recruitment and training of the sales team.
* Store management:
* Management of the team schedule and operations on a daily basis ;
* Store consumables control and management (stationery, packing supplies, etc.) ;
* Responsible for the store’s image and its compliance with the 27 Lisboa brand (core values, DNA, strategy) ; Responsible for the excellent running of the store
* Accounting: regular bank deposits, cash register management, and closing, ensuring shop-related operations are duly registered in accounting (inventory in/out, sales, credit, gift cards, etc.) and SAF-T operations and reporting.

Preferred experiences
* Business bachelor’s degree | Sensitivity to high-end products.
* Your motivation, autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and excellent presentation are essential qualities to succeed in this function within our company.
* Portuguese and English bilingual is a must; you have an excellent relationship with Portuguese and international customers.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar function in the premium world, and you ideally have one first experience in the supervision of small teams.
* Good digital culture
* Proactive, you are always ready to give logistical help to the teams
* Autonomous, adaptable, a can-do attitude and solution-oriented
* Team spirit, excellent interpersonal and management skills
