business analyst – mobile apps and digital business



We are looking to hire Business Analysts to support our Digital Business Development activities. You need to be passionate about technology and be always keen to understand the customer behavior, the market landscape and the competition.

Key Responsibilities
∙ Market intelligence – Identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis;
∙ Conduct customer assessment studies, following a well-defined methodology;
∙ Understand the business processes, customer needsand the problems to be solved;
∙ Describe the User Stories of possible solutions;
∙ Help developing the product positioning;
∙ Engage with the engineering team to better leverage the potential of the Apps;
∙ Work closely with UI/UX team.

Requirements
∙ Must have excellent Communication Skills and be highly fluent in English;
∙ The candidate should be knowledgeable about Technology, Mobile Apps and Business;
∙ The candidate should have a solid knowledge about Digital Marketing and Business;
∙ Ability to produce regular deliverables through Power Point, Word, Excel, Google tools;
∙ Be a good listener, to better understand the consumers, identify their pains and expectations;
∙ Should have good skills of creative thinking;
∙ Proactive, highly flexible, highly organized and able to work with deadlines and multi-tasking;
∙ Should have good presentation skills;
∙ Good documentation and writing skills;
∙ Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
