JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
A UI/UX Designer here at Diamond by BOLD, together with our internal teams, will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our products, ensuring that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
The ideal UI/UX Designer must be passionate about delivering creative solutions for problems and must stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements, components and digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborating with the internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.
Optimize existing user interface designs
Communicate with clients/stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
Solid understanding of interaction design and fundamental design principles
Ability to create interactive high-fidelity prototypes;
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision.
Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, iOS, Android
Proficient understanding of cross-browser, cross-device compatibility issues
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills regarding the design process and options
Detail-oriented and a critical thinker
Problem solver and customer-centered
Good level of English written and spoken
