full-time office and sales admin position at clocky (remote for us company)

CLOCKY LLC. has an opportunity for Full-time Office and  Sales Admin position.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates in English at an advanced leve, has a strong attention to detail, and is very organized!

We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic. This role would suit someone who is interested in being involved within different aspects of a business and perform admin related functions, which will include assisting our executive, marketing, and sales teams.

This can be a a full time or part time fully remote position that can become long-term.

Take ownership of any query or request
Liaise with vendors
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Sales research as directed
Assist marketing team with execution as instructed
Opportunities to assist with other areas of the company, including Ecommerce management

Experience and Skills
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
Excellent communicator, outgoing
A “can do” attitude
1+ years of administration experience (preferential)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Sales/commercial skills (preferential)
