You will identify high-quality talents through structured research conducted from a range of sources
You will develop and present alternative sourcing strategies to the recruiting team, recruiting partners and hiring managers, based on data analysis and perceptions
You will actively manage your recruiting pipeline and analysis. This will involve planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
You will work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment process
You will collaborate with our international People Organization team on the introduction of different tools, improvement of onboarding, and organizing different training and development sessions for Emma – Lisbon


Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent field
Experience in Recruiting and Talent Research in a multinational organization, e-commerce, or startups
Expertise in Research and Sourcing tools and strategies such as Boolean Strings, Google X-ray and equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruiting teams
Ability to work collaboratively in a strong virtual and local team environment
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail yet mindful of the big picture. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Demonstrate initiative, judgment, and maturity; track record as a self-starter
