We are looking for a Socia Media Manager, fluent both in Portuguese and English, to help us to:

•Oversee day-to-day management of our social channels, attracting and deepening engagement with appropriate communities in the social space;
•Ensure that moderation is managed to a high quality at all times;
•Work closely with the Communication Team and the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure respond in a timely manner to breaking news, promoting the services;
•Identify opportunities to position the organization as part of public discussions and debates around relevant topics;
•Execute the previously defined and approved social media strategy;
•Develop and put into place creative and innovative social media solutions.

What are we looking within your skill set:
•Bachelor’s of Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
•1-3 years of experience managing social media.
•Good knowledge of photo editing and preferably an experience of graphic design in Adobe Softwares
•Experience of making short YouTube/iPhone videos – an understanding of the importance of video content;
•Gool knowledge of Buffer Tweetdeck; Hootsuite; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Youtube ads, Linkedin ads, Twitter and Google analytics, Photoshop and video edition;
•Bilingual writing, editing and proofreading skills
•creativity, versatility, collaborative spirit and results-oriented mindset
