After Covid-19 this job may be located in Amsterdam (NL), and require business trips.

We are a fast growing, close-knit, dynamic and successful Digital Services Company that specializes in providing support to large multinational companies for Online Content Management, Content Moderation, Quality Management, Email Marketing Services, E-Commerce Project Management and Management Information with offices in Istanbul, Amsterdam, Portland (OR), Kuala Lumpur and Lisbon.

We are currently looking for an eMarketplaces Consultant, to work on the Ratings & Reviews area, main task that you will find in this role:

Customer Care
▪ Provide quality service while interacting with customers, managing customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer escalations
▪ Work with team members and customers to provide and receive feedback improving overall service delivery
▪ Act as the bridge between dashboard developers and the Business when defining KPIs, translating business needs into reporting requirements and ensuring a smooth handover

Operational Effectiveness
▪ Support the R&R team on dashboard related questions
▪ Support Markets and Business Groups on their questions and reporting requests
▪ Provide recommendations to Markets and Business Groups to improve their R&R performance and help them achieve their targets ▪ Participate in user acceptance tests and production of QlikView dashboards
▪ Determine data validation guidelines for QlikView dashboards
▪ Communicate clear instructions, deadlines and goals to customers
▪ Create clear technical definitions of KPIs and determine how to measure them
▪ Ensure that the reporting requests are handled properly and in a timely manner
▪ Support target settings and tracking
▪ Review new customer requests and determine how to automate solutions

People / Employee
▪ Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
▪ Identify training needs and provide dashboard trainings

QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Vocational / BA / BS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
▪ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
▪ An ability to manage a team in a service environment
▪ Proven track record of excellent service delivery and customer management
▪ Min 3 years experience of digital marketing in a service environment
▪ Excellent eye for detail
▪ Able to see the bigger picture without losing track of the details in operational delivery
▪ Good communication and social interaction skills with internal and external customers
▪ Highly developed analytical and multitasking skills
▪ Being open to change (positive or negative) to considerable variety in the workplaces
▪ Willing and able to work in an international environment and under international management
▪ Accuracy, persistence, ability to prioritize and take responsibility
▪ Strong customer and product knowledge and service mindedness
▪ Flexible, open minded and the ability to work in teams
▪ Being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations
