key account manager

Materflora is looking for a full-time Key Account Manager to join our team in Porto.

•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
•Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating sales and agreements to maximize profit
•Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
•Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

•Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
•Previous proven experience in interior design and/or decoration areas
•Strong ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
•Proven ability to juggle multiple clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
•Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills we highly value
•Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
•BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
