key account manager



Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts;
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating sales and agreements to maximize profit;
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role;
Previous proven experience in interior design and/or decoration ;
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
Proven ability to juggle multiple clientes at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills we highly value:
Fluency in English;
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot);
MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
