service desk agent/team leader (french and english)
Our client company is recruiting Service Desk Agents to work in Lisbon. As a Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for providing customer support through various channels, and also for supervising your own small team of customer service representatives.
The ideal profile includes (mandatory):
