customer happiness/ sales specialist
Our company is hiring a new team member!!
You’ll play an essential role in creating the customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and be directly responsible for keeping our customers happy. This position will also work closely with our surf camp managers to ensure customer success, from gathering feedback to testing new features among many other responsibilities.
You will also have to take care of bookings (you will have a training to know how to deal with our Booking system), you will also have the responsibility of managing channel managers, rates and other booking related situations.
Requirements:
– University degree is not mandatory but it’s a plus (Tourism, Marketing, Business Management, etc.)
– English is mandatory, any second language is a plus (German is preferable);
– You need to be pro-active, dynamic and have passion for this business;
– Tech-savvy and hungry to improve your skills;
– Social media management skills are very much appreciated, but not mandatory.
– Any previous experience with Booking Platforms/systems, channel managers, etc. is greatly appreciated;
– Ability to identify customer needs and successfully implement solutions;
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills, you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users;
– A humble and friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems;
– Managing relationships with agents, partners and OTAs;
– Eligible for a contract via Portuguese company (Need to have a NIF, social security number, etc).
Responsibilities:
– Ensure 100% success of all customers experiences;
– Become a passionate team member, helping our customers understand the processes and guidelines that we work under;
– Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets and bookings in all of our support channels;
– Answer real-time chats;
– Assist our Head office in building knowledge base/support data such as FAQs, sales and business insights;
– Let our customers feel welcome after the interaction with our team.

– 19h- 04h00 (Night schedule);
