ABOUT THE ROLE
Plan, strategize, and craft unified, cohesive visual stories and messaging across all channels, telling a complete and unforgettable brand story
Conceptualize, develop and execute high-quality, impactful, innovative and inspiring visual and video content that meets marketing needs and in line with the brand’s identity, for all digital marketing channels:
Core: Social media, Video and Web (banners, landing pages)
Others: Display media, E-mail marketing
On Social Media: create thumb-stopping content adapted to each network to engage audiences and drive conversion.
On Video: create impactful and inspiring videos from concept to execution (ideation, story-board, edition and motion graphics)
Manage all aspect of the content creation process, from concept to execution, managing all tasks and roles in between, including ideation, planning and execution coherent storytelling across channels, brief and work collaboratively with copywriters and photographers
Design, implement and optimize visual guidelines for all digital marketing channels to guarantee visual coherence and alignment with the brand’s identity
Continuously improve digital content ideas based on data-driven insights, working with the performance and social media teams
Contribute to the design team’s culture, elevating the quality standards and creative level of all the outputs
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices and competitors benchmark to continuously propose optimizations for all digital marketing channels
You are passionate about creativity, digital native content and fashion/lifestyle
You are highly creative, able to generate disruptive ideas and see projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
You have a strong understanding of digital channels (video, web, social media) and how to use creative content and storytelling to engage audiences and drive conversion.
You understand the nuances between different digital channels and know to adapt content to each channel
You are an all-conquering creative with the ability to use any of the tools at your disposal to create compelling content – web design, video production & editing, photography, animation
You have a strategic mindset – not just creative
Proven experience (minimum 3-years) in digital content production, video and web design
Knowledge and experience creating and executing high-quality visual content across digital channels – social media, web, e-mails, paid media.
Knowledge and experience in video edition and motion graphics and the ability to create video /interactive/animated content, from ideation to execution for all digital marketing channels
Knowledge of image and video edition tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Corel, as well as Sketch and similar platforms;
English professional proficiency
