What’s the Mission?
Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers, increase the organization’s revenue growth for an organization, and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet the clients’ and company’s requirements.

Inside Sales Job Duties
• Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs;
• Working with community partners to increase involvement;
• Developing relationships with existing and potential clients;
• Developing and analyzing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers;
• Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organization;
• Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers;
• Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer;
• Create Inbound Content (Blog, Webinars, Landing Pages);
• Write marketing communications (Brochures, Email Campaigns, Press Releases, etc.) to leverage the company’s presence in the market;
• Be actively involved in the execution and monitoring of traditional and digital campaigns (Online Ads, E-mail Marketing, etc.) to increase the company revenue and brand awareness;
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, SEO analytics, rankings etc.);
• Assist in the organizing of internal and executive events;
• Collaborate with the Sales department in order create lead generation campaigns and increase sales;
• Brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies.

Inside Sales Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience;
• Proficiency with various Computer Software Systems;
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals;
• Ability to comfortably talk to others;
• Ability to make cold calls and write cold emails to generate new clients;
• Good Written and Oral Communication skills for creating professional documents and giving presentations to interested clients (English and Portuguese);
• Good Time Management and Organizational skills;
• Ability to Listen to Concerns and Handle Criticism without taking it personally;
• Willingness to travel to give presentations, meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other events;
• Experience with CRM and Inbound software (Hubspot is a plus);

Candidate’s Profile:
• Qualifications at the bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Marketing/Business/Communication area or Engineering;
• Experience/Knowledge in Digital Design and Marketing;
• Good communication skills and empathy;
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing;
• Creativity in response to problems and identification of solutions;
• Fluency in English.
