mobile user acquisition specialist



At Tonic App you will have a key role in advancing our user acquisition strategy, for a mobile-only product.

What will you do at Tonic App?

Develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition
Deeply understand the user acquisition funnel
Plan social, Google and email marketing, including reporting
Drive testing strategy to ensure continual improvement of channel performance
Create, manage and track Facebook and Instagram paid and non-paid campaigns
Create, manage and track email campaigns, including for retargeting
Create, implement and track SEO strategies
Be the internal advocate of any evolution of digital marketing
Work with Analytics Team to improve and evolve measurement, in particular attribution

This is you:

Analytical, problem solver, proactive, team worker, rigorous and detail oriented. You are smart, creative and practical at the same time.

You also have:

Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
3 years of experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns, including buying, through Facebook, Instagram and Google
Ability to compile and analyse performance data and metrics
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Understanding and experience with iOS and Android marketplaces
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Mailchimp or similar
Speak Spanish (native – Spain) or Portuguese (native – Portugal), and English (fluent, including writing)
