Detailed job description:

– Social media management
– Evaluation / Overview of BGI contact points with the public
– Contact with media, creation of relationship with them
– Newsletters
– Management of BGI database
– Website management, consistency at all contact points
– Production of communication and marketing materials
– Implementation of new communication plans for the programs
– Idea of new tactics for brand awareness and brand image
– Follow budget dedicated to communication
– Partner search
– Media Clipping
– Other necessary urgent tasks

Skills needed (required or preferred):

– Project Management skills and Team player

– Proficiency in English

– Previous corporate experience (at least 1 year)

– Proactivity and ability to work under pressure

– Organised and strategic thinking

– Responsible and mature

– Excellent time management

– Friendly and with excellent group spirit – that does not incite discussion and disagreement

– Creative person who can think and suggest more ideas

– Good analytical ability to look at results and critically advise ways to improve metrics

– The willingness to make phone calls, presentations to people C Level

Background (required or preferred): Business: Management, Marketing, Economic, Finance

Languages (required): English

Duration: 6 Months – 12 Months (Renewable)
