General Purpose:
Interacts with the communities of the clients’ brands in Facebook and other Social Media to ensure that the brand objectives are being met.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Is responsible for client’s owned media Knows the brand, competition and the communities in order to write with the tone and the appropriate language
Liaises with the Social Media Manager to understand and support the Social Media strategies
Drafts yearly and updates monthly content calendar
Collects, analyzes and transmits comments from users to clients, client teams & insights team at agency to contribute to the continuous improvement of owned media and user understanding
Finds ways of collaboration between the community and the brand
Knows tools related to social networks and produces social media analyses and monitoring of the brand
Proposes and orders Facebook advertising
Alert Account Manager and Client Service Director as needed when there is a Social Media crisis
Improves the brand FB page engagement, based on an agreed metric

Skills & Qualities:
Creative and strategic thinking
Experience using Social Networks – Facebook, G+, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
PowerPoint and Excel skills
Effective in working in cross, functional teams
