1 – JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for developing mobile applications to support our clients business. We are looking for mobile developers who consider themselves strong developers in one or more languages, have a strong visual sense to implement the designs as specified as well as build creative solutions for when there are gaps in the designs and specifications.

2 – KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2+ years of building Android mobile applications;
– Excellent OO analysis and design skills;
– Familiarity with design patterns and when not to use them;
– Experience interacting with REST-based services;
– Experience adapting applications to various screen sizes, resolutions and form factors;
– Experience creating backward compatible applications;
– General understanding of software design principals;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Able to give and receive honest, constructive feedback to others;
– Ability to interact professionally with client peers;
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

3 – NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:
– A desire to build world-class applications;
– Collaborate with other disciplines for the production and delivery of project deliverables;
– Create technical solutions according to interaction/visual specifications and client-specific environment;
– Estimate work and be accountable for delivering on tasks;
– Raise potential scope issues to the team;
– Evaluate complex and multi-faceted designs;
– Strong focus on software quality via developer level testing and test automation;
– Stay abreast of new technology trends;
– Learn new tools and technologies quickly;
– Support clients development teams by answering questions and implementing feedback;
