technical recruiter (remote)



Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of software developers. This is a fully remote job in a growing company and you would be working directly with the CEO and CTO.

What You Will Do:
– Source candidates with the right profile.
– Arrange telephone or video interviews.
– Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
– Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

What You Should Have:
– 1+ year of experience in recruitment (required).
– A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
– Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

This role is 100% remote, ideally working in the Portuguese timezone (GMT).
