team lead (junior) growth marketing



This is what you’ll do:

You will work with the Country Head and the Head of Growth in developing the business development strategy for one of our biggest markets
Develop product-pricing-channel strategies to unlock the value from different products and channels
Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing our existing partnerships and identify and build new partnerships to strengthen the Emma brand
Collaborate with product development, product success, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities through development of product portfolio and promotions
Develop new affiliate partnerships to sustainably scale the business
Lead a team of business developers providing them guidance and direction in the creation and development of partnerships
This is what you’ll bring to us:

You have demonstrated that you are a self-starter and resourceful in reaching ambitious targets
You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data
You are hypothesis-driven; you are able to articulate logical hypothesis in the absence of data
You have very good English skills and are a communicative team player.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
Experience in strategy, business development or sales are a plus.
Experience in a start-up is a plus.
