Your new role
The focus of this role is to support EMENA Digital Manager(s) for a specific product category to drive the implementation and execution of their holistic Content strategy across the EMENA region and help local brand teams accelerate in Content to achieve their business objectives and KPIs more effectively and efficiently. This professional will be responsible for operationalizing Content through the company content operating models, leveraging Global Technologies and Shared Services. The Content Manager will establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim, regularly connects with category global, regional and local teams to gather feedbacks, initiatives and requests and share best practices/recommendations for improvement and coordinates the operationalization plan with the EMENA Digital Manager(s).
What you need to be successful
We are looking for professionals who have more than 5 years in digital marketing, focused on Content and working with FMCG brands globally, with a good knowledge of Social Media and Influencer Marketing. The Content Manager should prove strong change management and project management experience, successfully delivered on challenging KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results, be fluent in English and present a good knowledge of other European languages. Excellent communication skills, be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders and team-oriented mentality and attitude are fundamental characteristics to perform this position.
