About the Position and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Head of Digital Media & Performance Specialist will build our Center of Excellence and lead a Digital Performance & Paid Media Marketing team that serves our internal account teams. This person will be a key member of our Digital Delivery team and support our Leadership team in terms of contributing to developing our overall business plan for Online Performance and Paid Media prospects to our customers.
This individual will serve as the key driver who builds and manages the Performance team to drive significant growth from each of our customers and prospects.
Specifically, the Head of Digital Media / Performance Specialist will build and lead a team that provides strategic leadership and execution in the areas of digital Paid media; Lead generation; SEO; inbound and outbound performance. Also supporting our customers with their Plans for customer acquisition and retention; analytics; customer journey and insights.
This person will be responsible for creating our Digital Performance Area, as well as building and leading the team to execute it. Along with our account leaders, this individual will also help develop, strengthen and close long-term partnerships with key Paid Media agencies who support our customers, working closely on a Digital Marketing integrated strategy.
The ideal candidate will also be a key contributor to the development of NMQ Digital organization and culture.
Profile and qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing strategy with strong contact with Performance and Paid media (mandatory);
Experienced: SEO; Analytics; CRM strategies; Social Media; eCommerce; and other digital relevant areas;
A strong strategic thinker with a record of evolving and improving marketing strategies in a dynamic marketplace.
Exceptional track record of developing and managing a breadth of digital marketing programs that drove strong growth across multiple businesses.
Strong relationship and client management skills with external partners. Deep experience and a strong track record account management, sales or business development role.
A strong collaborator and team builder with cross-functional peers. Truly contributes to building and maintaining a high performing executive team.
The ability to drive innovative thinking, propensity to think beyond the walls of the current business to uncover new areas of growth.
A proven ability to work effectively within International brands and customers.
