FOOTBID (www.footbid.com), a fantasy football startup with an innovative game dynamic, is looking for a “Marketing & Customer Care” team member that shares our love for football.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Understand the established marketing strategy, have a proactive and critical attitude and propose any changes that may contribute towards fulfilling the strategic objectives.

– Operationalise the marketing strategy, both online (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Medium) and offline (specific campaigns), through existent templates and other new content that may be relevant.

– Apply FOOTBID’s tone of voice and communication guidelines within the various channels and ensure its compliance.

– Support the development of the brand, namely with regards to its image.

CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Organise and conduct periodic feedback sessions, by selecting and contacting specific users, preparing all relevant questions and materials, and managing these events.

– Collect any feedback provided, prioritise it and identify critical improvements to be performed on the product.

– Respond to contacts made by customers and answer any questions they may have or make sure an action plan exists in order to meet their expectations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– Experience with marketing and promoting an online product.

– Familiarity with design tools namely to support content creation.

– Attention to all details, especially when communicating externally.

– Proactivity and independence to fulfil the respective tasks.

– Love sports in general and football in particular.

– Critical spirit to question anything that you think could be done better.
