We’re looking for someone to join our ever growing international team. As a Business Developer you will be responsible for the growth of Madzuli Agency within Spain together with our sales and operations team. Furthermore, you will take part in the execution of Madzuli Agency Digital online advertising campaigns, as well as client relations.

You will be responsible for the international roll out of the Madzuli Agency International brand. Furthermore, you will take part in the execution of Madzuli’s Digital online advertising campaigns, as well as client relations. If you’re entrepreneurial, efficient, interested in the digital marketing landscape and great at handling people in the broadest sense of the word, then we want to hear from you.

You’ll need to critically asses the way we work, take initiative, know the local market and be a great team player. You’ll be responsible to create your own client portfolio. It’ll be up to you to use the resources available in the most effective way possible.

You will need to be able to communicate efficiently and effectively in the English language (level C1 required) in this international client-oriented role.

Accomplish sales goals
Develop your own client Portfolio
Negotiate with vendors and service providers needed for production or development
Act as a point-of-contact person for client questions and concerns
Scope (international) opportunities through sales and within accounts as needed
Be responsible for the timely creation of your client’s proposals and media plans
Guide clients through reports with the support of the marketers
Establish regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met, communicate campaign progress and proactively address issues to develop solutions
Liaise with internal multinational teams as needed to deliver solutions to clients
Up-sell and renew existing campaigns/clients, focus on retention and scaling-up business
Be responsible for overall client satisfaction
Develop and present campaign results to clients and represent client feedback internally to drive opportunities to better align with customer needs across future opportunities
Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
Contribute to the overall global success of our company

Knowledge and understanding of the local market and business culture.
At least 2-3 years of experience in (B2B) Sales, focusing on prospecting new clients
Professional Proficiency, at least a level C1, in English
Affinity for analytical problem solving and general organizational processes
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines with an eye for details and the pressure of deadlines
Able to produce client facing documents to a high quality standard using Google docs, spreadsheets and presentations
Capability to identify promising business opportunities
Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
Decisive and committed


Startup mindset and a lot of professional freedom
Related online management experience, agency / media experience preferred
Experience in interdepartmental coordination and cooperation skills
Leadership skills suited to a collaborative, international, team oriented environment
Track record in successful B2B relationships
Having your own client Portfolio
