JOB OVERVIEW

We are now looking for a Lisbon-based Customer Service Advisor. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week)

What you will do:
_ Manage customer queries to ensure that they are responded to in a timely fashion delivering an outstanding service at every touch point;
_ Provide information regarding our services and other related inquiries;

YOUR PROFILE

_ Experience in customer service
_ Portuguese native, with English proficiency and Spanish (C2)
_ A true passion for providing outstanding customer service, and motivation to go that “extra mile” for our customers
_ Friendly and professional written communication skills
_ Hard working and passionate
