corporate communication manager



Our client is a Top FMCG Multinational company, being one of the key players in the market.

Reporting to Communication Director, he/she will coordinate a team of 3 people and will have as main mission to enhance and strengthen Company´s brand corporate reputation with external and internal stakeholders by building trust through the purpose; He/she will assume the responsibility for internal & external communication as well as the liaison with Media and PR Agencies in order to create a communications environment that fosters positive attitude, openness, engagement and exceptional performance; Will be also responsible to build Corporate Brand recognition as the leading Organization and to influence regulatory policy to facilitate business operations.

Desired General Profile:

Master degree, namely in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar;
Senior profile with 5 to 10 years experience in Corporate Affairs and Internal Communication;
Previous background in innovative, disruptive contexts/projects will be valued (ex. FMCG, Retail, Banking, PR Agencies, etc.);
Not-for-profit organizations experience and international background (desirable);
Media relations management experience;
People Management experience;
Project management experience involving implementation of major project(s) or change program(s) and experience in applying metrics for evaluating communications effectiveness;
Fluent in English and MS Office knowledge.
