– Validation and classification of customer requests
– Being able to identify risks and suggest appropriate mitigation
– Following-up and updating customer status and information
– To serve as a bridge between the inside of the company and customers/partners
– Requirements analysis
– Exploratory Testing & Risk Based Testing
– Contributing to our amazing culture and team environment, sharing your passions and curiosities

– Knowledge on testing techniques, processes and methodologies
– Experience with JIRA for manual testing, planning and reporting
– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
– 1+ years of experience working as a Software Tester

– ISTQB CTFL Certification
– Great written and verbal communication skills, preferably in Portuguese, English and Spanish
– Ability to develop and manage client relationships
– Previous experience in Customer Support
