What is X-Plora?

X-Plora is a start-up, located in Porto and member of the GEMA group.

The company develops a software/app that guides users throughout a Venue or a City in a totally interactive and immersive way. As the visitors move around, the APP provides customized information/content, determined by the user’s exact location, profile and interests.

With features of Geo-Referencing, Virtual and Augmented Reality, 3D Sound, Gamification and Inclusive Visits for different kinds of visitor profiles, X-PLORA takes the visitor experience to the next level.

Administrative Assistant:
– Fluent in English (speaking and writing), other languages would be a plus
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience scheduling meetings and supporting all related logistics
– Currently handling calendar management for senior-level managers
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
– Proficient with travel reservations and expense reports for domestic and international
– Archiving and management of processes and procedures
– Registration and deadline management of proposals and agendas
– Able to multi-task and handle requests from multiple leaders supported in a timely manner
– Efficient, organized, and effective time management skills
– Experience working independently as well as working on a team
