GuestCentric’s Marketing department is responsible to tell our story well told and by doing so, extend our brand awareness and make hoteliers think about GuestCentric as the option for the future.

To make this possible, we’re looking for a new marketing assistant that, in the course of next year, is egger to

Deepen GuestCentric’s influential opinion articles footprint by keeping our monthly opinion article publication, on main industry outlets such as Skift, hotelmarketing.com, PhocusWire and others, about the opportunities and challenges in the hospitality industry
Write a brand new series of customer stories that are able to quickly illustrate the impact that GuestCentric has on its clients in different markets
Release a steady flow of important press releases about GuestCentric’s achievements, from important partnerships and awards to product and services innovation
Reignite and expand our YouTube channel by developing new educational content as well as new series of interviews that will engage a new audience, not only on youtube but on other social channels
Manage a new Pardot /Salesforce program for lead nurturing and by doing so, deliver better qualified leads to our Sales team
Write our monthly newsletter and maintain and improve a series of internal communications like GuestCentric’s weekly Heartbeat

TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED…

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication and creative thinking. Use data to inform all decisions
Exceptional research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content
Native English
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Positive, proactive and keen to learn new things
Resourceful: a general “can do” attitude – ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done using creativity and flexibility
Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision
Past experience in marketing or journalism preferred
Sense of humor
