As an E-Commerce Customer Assistant you will be responsible mainly for customer happiness.

Responsibilities:
– Answer any questions about our products or online orders;
– Help customer chose all things related to their order. It can go from fitting or sizing to details about the delivery. This is done mainly through email and live chat;
– Produce and manage internal communications and other Infos client-related;
– Good level of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

The job will be done 2 times per week in the store and 3 times per week in the main office, where you would get regular training. Both of them are in Lisbon city center. You will always get 2 days off per week but they will not be fixed on the weekends – it will depend on the monthly schedule.
