office and digital marketing assistant

We are looking for an Office and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform administrative tasks including: screen phone calls, emails, post, enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate;
– Make sure the office is organized and support administration including coordination of office space and setup for new hires and visitors; coordination of needed repairs or other general office duties as needed;
– Organize and promote several internal initiatives (e.g.: weekly stand-ups, external team building activities;);
– Planning and coordination of travel logistics and company’s presence at international exhibitions and trade shows;
– Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and onboarding, personnel records and job evaluation;
– Assist with quote requests and follow ups to clients and partners;
– Support the creation of marketing content for campaigns produced in all kinds of channels (Blog Posts, Social Media, Website, Portfolio, Brochures and other materials) and support in maintaining CRM database;
– Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.);
– Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information;
– Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts;
– Developing paid strategy for type of campaigns that should be running.

Minimum Qualifications

– 1y experience in digital marketing field or similar role;
– Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, be a multi-tasker and effectively prioritize;
– Excellent English written and spoken skills;
– Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
– Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp is a plus;
– Ability to communicate and work amicably with fellow employees in all kinds of situations.
