What will you be doing?
Help clients implement projects on SMARKIO platform;
Provide training and hands-on support on post-implementation;
Ensure that the highest service delivery is achieved, by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);
Manage support requests, prioritizing where necessary;
Retain ownership of problems until resolved;
Help clients to use SMARKIO according to guidelines and best practices;
Execute some queries (using SQL) to help clients reach their goals or filter out some problems;
Test new functionalities of Smarkio and suggest improvements;
Contribute to our documentation.
What are we looking for?
Passion for technology;
Some knowledge about Linux and bash;
Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, operations, support, other);
Passion for ensuring a great customer experience;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but we will consider relevant professional experience;

Experience with frontend development;
Experience or/and willingness to learn more about cloud technologies;
Knowledgeable about digital marketing concepts and how they are connected;
