Our Company

Clocky is a NYC based company, home of the very popular alarm clock that runs away to get you out of bed on time. Clocky has been on the market for over 10 years, and has sold over 1 million units worldwide and have just inked some new licensing deals. We’re looking for people with great English communication skills, that can pitch to acquire new retailers, and attack problems creatively with simple and focused execution. If you are hungry to build something big, we’d love for you to be a part of our expanding Portugal based team.

The Role

• Work alongside the Head of Sales or CEO on strategy and execution in all sales channels.
• Find opportunity from thousands of specialty, education, museum, traditional retailers, and corporate accounts. It’ll require some experience on international sales, calling and emailing on US, EU and Asian stores.
• Build relationships and practices to enable and sustain sell-in and sell-through (we will train as needed!)
• Typical sales rep positions start as commission based with possibility for monthly base salary after a trial period.

Preferred Skills
• 1-3+ years sales experience with retailers or distributors
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detailed and process oriented thinking
• Able to efficiently drive new account setup processes including negotiation
• Thrives in lean environment, able to hit the ground running with limited direction from supervisor
• The hunger to do a great job
• Trade show experience
• Experience selling consumer products
