We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development in our Lisbon office.
The Business Development team is at the intersection of celient management, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities
• Develop a playbook of best-in-class strategies to optimize the conversion funnel, streamline operations, and transform the business;
• Strong networking skills and the ability to develop, pitch, and maintain relationships with leading brands and strategic partners;
• Responsible for company sales quota and several sales performance KPI’s;
• Effectively manage outreach and partnerships for major brands, manage communication amongst teams, content distribution, and financial management;
• Update KPI monitoring dashboard infrastructure to facilitate real-time decision-making based on sales performance data;
• Mentor and build our Business Development team;
• Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our clients;
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals;
• Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others;
• Clearly communicate the value of SamyRoad and its offers to prospects;
• Monitor annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives, as well as sales budgets and other sales investment plans to align with our marketing plans;

Qualifications & Skills
• At least 3 years of work experience in a top-tier management or marketing consulting firm, sales and business development in start-up or other sales performance KPI oriented type of structure is mandatory;
• Results-driven, goal-oriented mindset with high intent on delivering results;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proven proficiency working with data and CRM tools, such as HubSpot;
• High pressure client facing or consultancy experience is mandatory;
• Ability to analyse data, make decisions, and execute efficiently on both strategic and operational levels;
• Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners;
