SUMMARY

Employee will exercise professionalism in answering phones, responding to customer requests, servicing customers request, and assisting account managers in satisfying customer needs. Employee will be in a constant learning stage while performing the functions of this position. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

TYPICAL DUTIES

This position requires the employee to be in direct contact with customers, whether by phone or online. Duties will include taking orders from customers and assisting account managers, checking inventory and keying orders in computer system along with other general office clerical functions. Employee will work with others as a team, occasionally deliver parts to a customer, and occasionally assist with warehouse functions. Employee will perform other tasks as assigned or needed by supervisor that employee can safely perform.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties will require use of various measuring tools, basic computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
