Our client is a global business process outsourcer, specializing in customer experience and payment management in addition to sales and marketing services across voice, social and digital channels. Following their growth strategy, they intend to strengthen their international team in Lisbon by recruiting a Customer Support Representative with native/fluent level of English.

Job Description:

– Answer to customer requests, in a simple way keeping a smile to ensure their satisfaction;
– Managing claims and requests;
– Providing the necessary support, advice and information.

Required Profile:

– EU Citizen or valid work permit;
– High School Diploma or higher;
– Native or fluent (level C2) in English;
– Excellent communication skills and pro-activity;
– Ease of interpersonal and teamwork;
– Be recognized for attention to detail and high energy;
– Enjoy challenges and be eager to join an exciting high growth company.
