OFFICE MANAGER POSITION:

* Experience in managing highly dynamic and fast-paced office spaces.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Helpful and collaborative attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Task-oriented and able to be self-organized.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
* Flexibility to support other departments in the company.
* Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
* Spanish is a plus.
* Knowledge of Office Software.
* Knowledge of Keynote and Pages is a plus, but not mandatory.

FUNCTIONS:
Some of the following are examples but is not limited to:
* Responsible of the switchboard and all incoming calls
* In charge of the daily functioning of the office space:
– Proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment and installations.
– Supervision of cleaning and maintenance needs (via external suppliers).
– Organization office spaces and meeting rooms for project-based teams.
– Control of Office Supplies and Purchases
* Support to Producers and working teams.
* Travel agenda and arrangements for international workers.
* In charge of merchandising distribution and cost control.
* Support to incoming project teams.
* Proper control and registering of office expenses.
