Reporting directly to the CEO, this professional will have the following responsibilities:
– Managing and growth e-commerce strategy by devising strategies to drive on-line traffic to the company website and tracking conversion rates and websites improvement
– Improve usability, content and conversion of the company website
– Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising strategy and campaigns
– Design, build and maintain our social media presence
– Measure and report performance off all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI´s)
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
– Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
– Responsibility for planning and budgetary control off all digital marketing
– Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
– Evaluate emerging technologies
– Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Profile:
– Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
– Solid experience in digital marketing (preferential sector)
– Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
– Solid knowledge of website analytics tool (google analytics, google webmaster, …)
– Experience in optimizing google Adwords campaigns
– Fluent in English
– Update with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
