A fantastic opportunity for a versatile results-focused marketer to join our regional team.
Due to our recent rapid growth, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven City Marketing Manager based in Madrid, with proven track building and launching marketing plans in new markets, with a broad knowledge of marketing tactics and tools to cover all marketing funnel based on the goals of the region.
The role will report directly to the City Manager, with a dotted line to the central marketing team, and will be in charge of executing local campaigns in order to drive acquisition and retention for both customers, landlords and tenants.
Managing the local marketing budget, you will have the responsibility to define the marketing mix needed to deliver growth and help accomplish the regional targets.
You will be the owner of the whole marketing funnel, BTL and ATL.
We are looking for someone in love with marketing that feels comfortable planning and setting goals for digital and offline channels.
Someone that understands what are the different steps to follow in order to make a digital marketplace grow from scratch.
Someone that has full understanding of tactical marketing triggers to drive short term results but also thinks long term and understands the value of branding and communication.
An orchestra marketeer that is able to move resources in the company’s interest.
You may have been performing a marketing manager or digital marketing manager role on a Portuguese startup, tested many channels and understood Lisbon complexity from the marketing standpoint.

Core responsibilities:
– Budget management, marketing channel investment allocation and follow up
– Marketing planning, build 360º marketing plan in order to achieve regional goals
– Manage the whole marketing mix, from PR and communications to digital performance conversion driven activities
– Ownership of ATL and BTL campaigns
– Report back on the results of the different local marketing campaigns
– Prioritization, along with the City Manager, of the areas or neighborhoods to focus in order to deliver growth
– Target audiences definition, from the supply and the demand side

Desired Skills
– Growth hacking attitude, you represent frugality at the highest expression
– High flexibility and hands on, not afraid of executing at any marketing level – from writing a press release to launch an SEM campaign
– Ability to think strategically, combining long-term and short-term plans into clear goals and objectives
– Customer first attitude
– Experience on e-commerce marketing
– Proven ability to optimize PR and media agency relationships
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Able to work to tight deadlines, and deliver within agreed timeframes

+4 years of experience Fluent in Portuguese
