Administrative Assistant

Job summary:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
-Organization of internal processes;
-Billing preparation;
-Charges to customers;
-Organization of company accounting documentation;
-Office management and office staff;
-Management of the agenda and preparation of meeting rooms;
-Review of contracts and proposals;
-Review budgets;
-Responsibility for management support; and,
-HR process management.

Requirements:
-Higher Education in Accounting or Secretarial;
-Minimum of 2 years experience in similar duties;
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office support tools (Word, Excel and Power Point);
-Excellent level of spoken and written English
-Organized and with a sense of timings;
-Ability to communicate and argue;
-Dynamic and proactive profile;
-Excellent ability to adapt to different partners;
-High sense of responsibility and great ability to work;
-Good team player – displays compassion towards fellow colleagues; and,
-Immediate availability.
