digital solutions coordinator

Description The Digital Solutions Coordinator contributes to Group Marketing Team success by helping to optimize the digital customer journey touchpoints, surface valuable insights and complete various tasks while maintaining project momentum.
You will be part of an agile team with a diverse skill set, and have the opportunity to be part of a variety of task/project types.
We are looking for an organized, innovative, solutions oriented marketer who lives and breathes digital and understand the importance of providing customer centric solutions.
This role works closely with Creative, Marketing, and Development teams to execute marketing strategy across three international fitness brands.

Your role will involve:
• Complete maintenance and publishing activities for brand websites/campaign pages, social channels, email campaigns, customer feedback surveys and other digital channels.
• Compile reports, analyze insights and provide recommendations to brand/team management.
• Investigate issues which have been reported for all digital touchpoints, through to resolution or bug creation.
• Participate in UAT/UX testing during key product launches.
• Creation/management of technical guidelines documentation and use of documentation in training other team members.
• Cooperate with brand managers, content, design and development teams to deliver on time tasks completion.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all digital tool processes and act as source of support to other team members.

Basic Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on experience using CMS and analytics tools, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proven ability to track and manage multiple tasks, deadlines and familiarity with task management tool such as Zoho Project
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify/understand insights from customer feedback, sales and other data points
• Understanding of customer-centric operations and measurement of loyalty metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Self-starter with an eagerness to learn new skills and be a part of a rapidly changing environment
• Aptitude for working in a cross-functional environment with content, design and development teams
• Ability to problem-solve independently and implement solutions in ambiguous circumstances
• Consistent and strong collaborator who elevates the work of other team members
• Experience with technical writing, guidelines creation and UAT processes
• Bonus Skills: Experience with SharePoint, SurveyGizmo, Marketo, Google Analytics/Adwords, jQuery, XML or similar tools/languages.
