Job description:
As our Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the global paid digital media strategy and execution across all relevant digital/social platforms.
You will have an expert understanding of digital analytics, as well as creative best practices and content nuances by platform (ex: display, video, social, paid search, in app, etc.), in order to help drive strategy and measure success.
You will also have a deep knowledge of current and emerging digital technology and social media platforms and demonstrated experience building and leading multiple digital media campaigns simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:
Lead the development and execution of digital media plans based on brand objectives and campaign goals;
You will collaborate closely with the agency and creative teams to drive a cohesive vision and integrated campaigns;
Provide creative best practices and feedback to drive high-performing advertising;
Responsible for working with the agency to ensure execution of all campaigns are flawless;
Leverage emerging platforms to identify and engage with known and new audiences;
Partner with buzz marketing to integrate influencer strategy into paid campaigns;
Collaborate with other business units to improve both organic and paid performance;
We value a deep understanding of how digital/social media fits within the marketing and communications mix;

Core Competency Requirements:
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production;
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns;
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications;
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing;
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data;
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business;
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services;

Additional Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in marketing, digital or related field (mandatory)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory);
