Job Summary

Digital Strategy
– Define and map personas for all targets and markets from a digital perspective
– Define KPI’s and ROI for all digital media platforms
– Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
– Propose strategic adjustments based on montly analytical reports
– Plan ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
– Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
– Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
– Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
– Attend product launches and networking events

Monitoring and reporting :
– Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
– Weekly, monthly and bi-annual level measurement and reporting to MM of digital marketing efforts and performance using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
– Market and platform segmented monitoring

Digital Media Coordination
– Build a relationship with external digital agency
– Briefing and monitoring of all agency activities
– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager
– Collaborate with designers and EM to improve user experience
– Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
– Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
– Fix any errors or bugs in online content
– Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
– Arrange testimonials and webcasts with EM
– Define with EM mail automation flows and write copy for email marketing campaigns
– Work on printed material to supplement online products

Digital Advertising
– Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
– Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) with Marketing Executive and external agencies
– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with ME
– Identify community forums and key influencers with a view to promote implicitly or explicitly CellPlan
– Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
– Editorial schedule CellPlan platforms
– Provide creative ideas for digital content
– Website management – content managing, update content on CMS and monitoring keywords with EM and BDM
– Liaise with ME and BDM to prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
– Responsible for the integration of external and internal platforms between them (CRM, website, Quote and buy, Mail chimp etc)
– Monitor and update a media planner for the blog. Create content for the blog.

Social media
– Strategy – create and implement a digtal marketing strategy for social media ensureing measurable KPI and ROI for all

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent english communication skills (written, oral and reading)
3 years agency experience, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industries
Proven skills and competencies
