Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the candidate will have the following responsabilities:
– Manage day-to-day account comunication with the Partner account Executive;
– Monitor contract delivery reporting client goals;
– Manage relationship acting as point person for customer issues and concerns, delivering answers and solving issues quickly;
– Coordinate, analyze and deliver mid/end campaign delivery reports;
– Liaise with technical vendor for campaign trafficking and monitoring;
– KPI analyst;
– Discuss inventory issues to identify solutions to manage client expectations, discuss new business and optimize workflow.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
– Be a passionate about digital advertising and provide clients with excellence service, that help them achieve business objectives;
– Be experienced in managing advertising needs to ensure the development of these accounts;
– Strong proven account management/client services experience in the online environment;
– Media Agency experience is a plus;
– Knowledge of on-line advertising industry;
– Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities;
– Excellent communication skills and customer oriented skills.
