portuguese customer support agent (malta)
My client, a big Igaming company located in Malta, is looking to hire a Portuguese Customer Support Agent.
The duties would be:
• Answering queries via email, chat and telephone
• Assist Payment and Risk on related issue
• Assist VIP team on related issues
• Troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and game rules
• Perform outbound calls such as verification calls and offers according to policies and corporate values
• Assist with bet settlement as required
• Take part and responsibility in administrative tasks
• Contribute to a stimulating and positive job environment
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent customer support and communication skills.
Previous experience in Customer Support environment is required.
Igaming experience is a plus.
The salary in offer for this job is 18.000 € / Year.
